This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912PQ19T6002 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
