- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Producation and Conservation Service - Acquiition and Procurement Division is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS for Wetlands Restoration in Marquette County, Wisconsin. The work will consist of restoring a drained and degraded former wetland in Oxford Township, Marquette County, Wisconsin. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this soliciation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 55 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Interested vendors must be registered in and must complete the annual represenations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://ww.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
