Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Zenetex, LLC., against the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-18-G-0022. The anticipated delivery order provides for the added requirement for developing, documenting, and delivering a Harpoon Missile Tactical Employment Manual (TACMAN) to the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF). Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2020 and is anticipated to be for 17 months. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
