Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey, on behalf of the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC), in support of the Combined Services Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A), is soliciting proposals for the Law Enforcement Professional (LEP) Program. The LEP Program provides embedded, highly experienced Law Enforcement personnel worldwide with criminal enterprise investigative and analytical experience/skills to more effectively understand, identify, target, penetrate, interdict and suppress criminal networks. It also supports the Rule of Law and supplies the ability to advise, assist, mentor, and train Host Nation personnel in community policing/ investigative skills/standards. This contract provides the Government the ability to deploy LEPs worldwide, for which Afghanistan has been identified as initial place of performance. This solicitation is a Single-Source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) hybrid contract with Time-and-Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) (no fee) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) with the ability to place Task Orders as need arises over an ordering period of four years and three months. Ordering Period One shall be a total of 15 months, including a 90 day Transition In Period. Ordering Periods two through four shall be 12 months each, with a 30 day Transition Out Period being included within each of the four Ordering Periods. It is the Governments intent to award Task Order 0001 at the execution of the basic contract award. Please read the entire solicitation in entirety including all exhibits and attachments.
