- Page 2 of 2 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY: This announcement is seeking information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified and interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), capable of providing the required supply/service, to warrant a solicitation set-aside in accordance with the requirements of Public Law 109-461. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office, 215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT 05009 is seeking a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) to provide a lease for four (4) multi-functional devices, to include service/maintenance, in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work. Anticipated period of performance One twelve (12) month base year, and four one-year options. Applicable NAICS code is 532420 (Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) and small business size standard of $32.5M. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) Company name, address, DUNS Number, and point of contact with phone number, and e-mail address; (2) Type of business (i.e. Large Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business (SB), etc.) under NAICS 532420, which contains a size standard of $32.5M; (3) GSA and/or NASA SEWP Contract Number (if applicable) (4) A positive statement of your firm s intent to submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project. The response date to this Sources Sought notice is September 3, 2019, at 8:00 AM EST. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only to determine if an SDVOSB or VOSB set-aside is appropriate. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Electronic submissions are required via email to kimberly.tomasi@va.gov. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested SDVOSB or VOSB concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested SDVOSB or VOSB concern. If adequate interest in not received from SDVOSB or VOSB concerns by the due date of this notice, this action may not be set-aside for SDVOSB or VOSB firms. NOTE: Potential firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) and visible/certified in Vet Biz (CVE) (www.vetbiz.gov) in order to be considered.
