- BLUE SCREEN/TARP disposal. Disposing of approximately 30 pallets of blue screen/tarp. FEMA logo must be removed. Screens and tarps must be cut smaller than 3" x 3" or less. They must be dismantled on-site with FEMA representative present. Must be transported to an approve landfill. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
