- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21519Q00000092, for the acquisition of dairy items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is set aside small business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the months of October, November, and December on a weekly basis. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous and best value to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 26, 2019 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 17, 2019 at 11:00am EST. Bids should be submitted via email to gbodine@bop.gov, faxed bids can be sent to 845-386-6801, email preferred though.
