Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Security System (ESS) installation services. This renovation is for AFRICOM Building 3309, located at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. Due to the overseas nature of this requirement, this will not be set-aside. This requirement will be competed full and open through FBO.gov. Award is anticipated by late-September 2019. The objective of this project is to upgrade Building 3309 through installation of Automated Information System (AIS), Audio/Visual (AV) System and ESS. Contractors will need to have the right to work in Germany for the duration of this contract. Contractors must also provide personnel with a SECRET and TOP SECRET clearance. The Government will not be sponsoring clearances, work visas, SOFA status, or TESA. The period of performance for this requirement is 12 months after date of contract award. Attachment 2 will be distributed by request only, by the Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
