Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to conduct other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5107 to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The BOA order will satisfy the requirements for Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares, Coordinated Shore Material Allowance List (COSMAL) spares, Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) spares, and repair Final Power Amplifier (FPA) MOD Deck Transformers This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon IDS is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the AN/SPY-1 transmitter group and MK99 Fire Control System (FCS) necessary to satisfy the Government's requirements to be procured under this BOA. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
