- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health, and sex offender treatment services within a ½ mile access to public transportation and within a 5 mile radius of the 206 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on January 1, 2020 with nine (9) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on December 31, 2029. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight and Option Year Nine.
