- This presolicitation notice is to notify industry of the Government's intent to negotiate with only one source for the replacement repair and update of the MPN-14K Precision Approach Radar Displays to be delivered to Tinker Air Force Base, OK. The replacement displays are considered to be commercial items. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
