- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of its market research efforts improve understanding of market capabilities, identify qualified contractors, and refine the acquisition strategy for the Program Analysis & Strategic Support (PASS) services. PASS functional areas fall into three major categories, as described within the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment to this RFI: (1) Portfolio, Program, and Project Assistance Support; (2) Acquisition, Programmatic, Strategic Planning, Engineering Technical Assessments & Recommendations, and; (3) Professional Engineering & Logistics Support. The full RFI and draft PWS are provided as attachments to this announcement. TSA requests responses to this RFI and comments on the draft PWS by 9:00AM EDT on September 5, 2019.
