Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to the Conference Board, 845 Third Ave, New York, NY 10022, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the Conference Board Agency Annual Membership renewal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. Information received within five days of the date of this notice to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
