QUESTION: Are the Pre-filters MERV 8 pleated? ANSWER: Yes QUESTION: On Bldg. 100 AHU 13 it shows 21 filters, are they bags? If so, efficiency? ANSWER: AHU 13 is being torn out by Government, so don t worry about that one. QUESTION: What does MP, R, and H stand for? Efficiencies? ANSWER: Minni pleat; rigid; HEPA QUESTION: Is the Sterile OR HEPA efficiency different than that of other AHUs? ANWER: No QUESTION: Can you confirm that the pre-filters are standard capacity pleats or are they high capacity pleats? ANSWER: High Capacity QUESTION: Can you confirm that the 12 Final Filters are 95% efficiency? ANSWER: 85% efficiency QUESTION: On Bldg. 100 VAU-29 the Final Filters with the sizes 11.5, are they also HEPAs and the H was left off? ANSWER: It is 11.5 actual size HEPA QUESTION: There are 2 pleated filters listed in the final filter section (i.e.: Bldg. 100, AHU 17) what is the frequency of the changeout? ANSWER: 6 Months QUESTION: HEPA s are specified as being on an annual frequency. What is the requested frequency of the Pocket bags, V-band, and R-Cell filters? ANSWER: One a Year also QUESTION: Do any served areas or AHU require special scheduling, timing, or after-hours work? ANSWER: A/C16 weekends and 17, 24 early in the morning QUESTION: Any special scheduling during cold months to disable smoke detectors on units with humidifiers? Anything else? Who disables the SD?
