1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued from this solicitation. 2. This requirement is being solicited as Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is NIH-RFQ-5466877. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, dated August 13, 2019 4. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333413. Its associated Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. 5. List of Item(s): The vendor shall provide the following item(s) in the quantities specified below. 1.
