- This solicitation will contain one NSN for an GUARD, FAN IMPELLER, 40A [WSDC]/ HELICOPTER, UH-60A, 60L, 60V. A Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract. The original equipment manufacturer and only approved source is THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage 77272; PN 414P5003-8. This procurement is unrestricted. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 4140-01-300-9473, quantity 5 each, no option quantity. The delivery schedule is 292 days ARO. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
