This procurement is for VA enterprise-wide licenses for electronic access to the Rittenhouse R2 eBook Collection titles shown in below. No substitutions for alternate titles are acceptable. The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Office of Health Informatics (OHI) intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Rittenhouse Book Distributors, Inc. 511 Feheley Dr., King of Prussia, PA 19406, USA, requesting a one-time purchase of perpetual access rights, with no maintenance fee, commencing on the effective date of award.
