- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed price construction contract for Wood River Wetland North Fence Project in Klamath County, OR. This requirement is for the Klamath Falls Resource Area of the Lakeview District Office area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The performance period is from issuance of the Notice to Proceed through 60-days. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15.0 Million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09/03/2019. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
