This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about August 17, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham VA Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street., Durham, NC 27705-3875, has a requirement for wheelchair van services. Contractor Shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide wheelchair van service 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week for the Durham VAMC, Durham, NC 27705-3875; Raleigh CBOC, 3305 Sungate Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27610; Greenville CBOC, 800 Moye Blvd, Greenville, NC 27858; Morehead City CBOC, 5430 US 70, Morehead City, NC 28557; Newbern NC Dialysis Clinic, 3650 Neuse Blvd, Newbern, NC 28560 and Brier Creek Dialysis Clinic, 8081 Arco corporate Dr, Raleigh, NC 27617. Proposed solicitation number is 36C24618Q9436. This contract is expected to be for a Base plus 1 Option Year. This requirement is an SDVOSB's set-aside. If you are an SDVOSB or VOSB, please submit your certification with your proposal or quote once the solicitation is issued. NAICS 485991, Size Standard: $15.0 million dollars, PSC V222.
