Description: This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the acquisition of an Edwards Lifesciences Clearsight Hemodynamic Monitoring System with accessories and service agreement. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, this solicitation is a VOSB set-aside. Only offers from contractors listed on the VETBIZ website as VOSB or SDVOSB prior to offer submission will be considered. This is a Brand Name Only acquisition due to the requirement for the hemodynamic monitoring system to work with other medical systems currently owned by VA Greater Los Angeles and used by hospital staff. All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1000 AM PST on 8/21/2019, to allow time to post a response. All offers must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on 8/26/2019. No late offers will be considered.
