Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for RiverWare Software Maintenance for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); RFQ #89603019Q0102. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (SF1449) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 89603019Q0102. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, effective 6 April 2016. This procurement is not set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210 (Software Publishers); the small business size standard is $27.5M. The combined synopsis solicitation contains one (1) firm-fixed price line item in Section A.1 Cost/Schedule of the solicitation, with two (2) one-year option periods, if such pricing is available. The objective of this contract is to provide maintenance for RiverWare software licenses. Maintenance is required for ongoing support. A more detailed description of requirements, dates and place of performance are provided in the attached solicitation document. The FOB point and acceptance point for deliverables are destination (FERC Headquarters, 888 First Street NE, Washington DC 20426.) Questions regarding this solicitation and its contents shall be submitted in electronic format to the Contract Specialist at joan.demetrius@ferc.gov not later than 4:00 PM (EST), August 16, 2019. Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format to the Contract Specialist at joan.demetrius@ferc.gov not later than 12:00 PM (NOON, EST), August 21, 2019.
