Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P). This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NACIS code is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the successful vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with NAICS code 339112. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), AK has a requirement for a Dual Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) & Otoacoustic Emissions System (OAE) system. The dual system shall include ABR, ASSR, OAE, and VEMP. It also shall be able to be used for infants through adults to estimate hearing threshold as well as contribute to diagnosis of site of lesion in the auditory and vestibular systems. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Tae Kim, Contract Specialist, email: tae.h.kim76.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 21 August 2019 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
