Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for High Low Elevation Tables with Cervical Drop and Intersegmental Table & Roller Table at the Salisbury VA Medical Center. Please respond if you have the ability and intent to complete this requirement. Include in your response, a copy of your capabilities statement and FSS or GSA Contract Number, if applicable. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses. The anticipated NAICS Code for this requirement is 339112. This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Salient Characteristics to meet the minimum needs of the Government are as follows: High Low Elevation Tables with Cervical Drop Required to have, Abdominal Breakaway, Thoracic Drop - Upper & Lower Drop, Pelvic Drop, Dual Foot Switch, and Protective Covers for foot Extension. Intersegmental Table & Roller Table All responses shall be submitted via email by Monday, August 19, 2017 at 15:30 PM EST. Responses shall be submitted to Dennis A. Ross at Dennis.Ross2@va.gov. Phone calls shall not be accepted for this notice.
