- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to lay asphalt at the Hwy 75 Dam project, near Odessa, MN in Big Stone County. Work will consist of placing a 3 inch bituminous overlay and a 4 inch bituminous section on existing asphalt road and parking lots. Work includes surface preparation, tack coat, placement of a base course, and placement of a leveling course. The area to be paved is approximately 4,885 square yards. Contractor will be required to obtain Payment bonds after contract award. This is a request for quotes (RFQ), not an invitation for bid or request for proposal. Bid bonds are NOT required. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 at $250,000. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 237310. The size standard for this NAICS is $36,500,000.
