THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is requesting procurement information for Brand Name or Equal for auto-locking medical cart for anesthesiology for a firm fixed-price contract at the San Francisco VA Medical Center at 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA 94121. ***See Attached Schedule*** Salient Characteristics: Must be one piece wrap around aluminum construction as well as double sidewall construction for added strength Must have six drawers Able to be programmed to lock at a pre-determined time Auto lock timer can be set from 1 minute to 998 minutes or shut off Must have a key override Overall Dimensions: 46.05 H x 25.20 D x 34.45 W (includes bumper, handles and casters) ±2 Shall have non-marring PVC bumper Shall have soft-grip twin push handles designed to be handled with or without gloves. Shall have casters: swivel caster (1); locking casters (2) and tracking caster (1). Shall have powder coat paint inside and out Must have 30 total drawer height Drawer Heights: 3 H (4), 6 H (1), 12 H (1) RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS #, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 339113 and Small Business Size Standard 750 employees, MUST be assigned to company Capability Statement *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due by 3:00 PM (EST) on Friday, 08/16/2019. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. GREY MARKET ITEMS: The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or grey market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer. Please note that such evidence is subject to verification by the Contracting Officer at his/her discretion.
