Description

The United States Secret Service (USSS), Office of Procurement intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to Expansion Programs Intl, DBA Thunderstone Software Thunderstone Software Maintenance Services. The award is for a base year plus 4 option year periods for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with D/B/A Thunderstone Software, under authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Thunderstone Software. The NAICS Code is 511210 - Software Publishers and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement by sending email to Francoise.Brent@USSS.DHS.Gov. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
