Description
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF THE SERVICES INQUIRED BELOW IS NOT CAPABLE OF PERFORMING THEM. This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking potential sources capable to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and supervision necessary to perform Turnkey services for Domestic Water System Preventative Maintenance for the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667 in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Provide a Capability Statement to include but not limited to, -Inspect and Service 500,000 Water Storage Tank -Perform Station Fire Hydrant Flow Test and station water flush. - Inspect and operations test of station Backflow -Inspect and operations test the station Demand Valve NAICS 221310, Domestic Water System Preventative Maintenance; Size Standard $27.5 Million. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company.; provide a brief description of qualifications (Capability Statement) and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement. Include your companies Socio-economic Status (Large, Small, VOSB, SDVOSB, ect.) Subject line must reflect: Domestic Water System.
