- Solicitation Number: 36C78619Q0309 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace the existing dimming system for the lighting in the Administrative and Maintenance Buildings at Sarasota National Cemetery with an intelligent, network-based lighting control system. Awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and must also be registered and certified in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All offerors must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Please go to VA eCMS Vendor Portal https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov in order to register.
