This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation (36C24519Q0693) is 100% set aside for SDVOSB VIP verified vendors for Mobile Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Estimated quantities are 20 procedures per year. All questions must be received via email to Anthony.Schmidt@va.gov by 08/16/19 @11:00AM EST. Closing date is 08/23/19@3:00PM EST. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02 (eff. 05/06/19 & 06/05/19) and VAAR Update 2008-14 (eff. 06/12/19). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621999, with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
