- The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Region 5, intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole source contract to Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, 4010 W Broad St., Richmond, VA 23230-3916 for Response Protocol for Freshwater Mussels and Crayfish. The NAICS code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a size standard of $15M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by FWS. All responses must be submitted by email to Justine Pasiecnik at justine_pasiecnik@fws.gov. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
