Description

Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Bldg. 100, Houston, Texas 77030 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Semi-Annual Inspection and Certification of Pharmacy Biological Safety Cabinets and clean rooms to include particle counts per the most current USP 797and 800 requirements. Pharmacy sampling requirements require the following: Semi-Annual certification of six (3) cleanroom testing buffer rooms, three (3) cleanroom testing ante rooms, fifteen (15) biological safety cabinets (BSC s), four (4) horizontal laminar airflow hoods (LAFH s), five (5) horizontal LAFH s, twelve (12) bacterial sampling w/I.D., twelve (12), fungal air sampling per location, twelve (12) bacterial and fungal surface sampling, twelve (12) bacterial/fungal air sampling three (3) IV robots, six (6) glove box/isolators, and three (3) smoke visualization studies completed by a CETA certified technician. Alarm calibration shall be required for all equipment services contract at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Building #100; Houston, Texas 77030. NOTE 1: Contractor shall be an authorize Contractor, trained technician, possess licenses and certification for equipment and services to meet all government requirements and objectives. Submission of certificates/certification or proof of capability to meet statement of work requirements, see below responses should include. Performance Location and Hours: Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Building #100; Houston, Texas 77030. Normal duty hours are from 0700-1530, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Contractor access shall be provided during this time period. The expected period of performance is for a base year with four (4) option years, exercisable at the Government s discretion. See attached draft statement of work (SOW) with this Sources Sought Notice announcement.
