- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes on the following: 4 EA BARIATRIC CHEMO/TREATMENT RECLINER 4 EA FOLD DOWN TRAY TABLE LEFT SIDE 4 EA ACCESSORY BRACKET BOTH SIDES 4 EA STANDARD IV POLE The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 750 employees. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about August 6, 2019. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be August 12, 2019 at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25519Q0706 in the subject line to shelley.welton@va.gov Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than August 8, 2019 at 11:00am EST.
