The Falcon Mast assembly is under warranties that are invalidated if its parts or assemblies are repaired or replaced by persons who are not certified by U.S. Tower Corporation to do such work. The Falcon Mast assembly warranties are also invalidated if counterfeit or unapproved parts or assemblies are installed on it, or if features are added to it which are not accommodated by its design tolerances.
