Description: NSWCPD Requests on a sole-source basis, the procurement of impeller 3D Scanning Analysis software from Wartsila Defense. Wartsila is the only vendor with the ability to provide this software due to Wartsila being the original equipment manufacturer of the LCS INDY Variant waterjet system. The design of the impeller, part of the waterjet system, is proprietary as are the scanning methods for the proprietary components. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
