- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is JBLMPWBZ19002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-12 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: LOADER, Compact Track, diesel engine, 92 HP or greater, high flow hydraulics, 32 Gal/Min or greater, fuel tank capacity 30 gallons or greater, rubber track width equals 17.7 inches, back up alarm, horn, air conditioner and heater, cloth air suspension seat, ride control, deluxe operating lighting package, including hazard lights, cold start package, reversing fan drive, hydraulic/power assisted attachment system, keyless start, cab sound reduction, engine air pre-clearer, deluxe instrument panel, selectable joystick controls, heavy duty bucket with edge 80 inches or greater width; Forestry operator protection package to include but not limited to: Level II FOPS, fire extinguisher mounted in cab, reinforced polycarbonate door, top, rear and side windows; heavy duty side and rear window grilles, front and rear light guards, heavy duty rear grille, hydraulic coupler guard, lift cylinder debris shields, and muffler guard if applicable. Must include 2 ea service and parts manuals and 2 ea operator's manuals. Ensure this unit is compatible with all of the attachment line items 002 through 006. Example: John Deere 333G, Bobcat T770, CAT 299D2, Kubota SVL95-2SHFC or equal.
