DESCRIPTION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/ solicitation may or may not result in an award. This document is posted to FEDBIZOPPS.GOV https://www.fbo.gov. This combo/solicitation closes AUGUST 12TH, 2019 AT 3:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. ii) Solicitation Number: SPE300-19-Q-0015. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 (iv) This is an unrestricted solicitation the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120, Publications (v) Basis for Award: The Government will award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible, eligible concern whose quote represents the Best Value based on the Description of Requirements in this document. Offeror must adhere to all elements of the Requirements and take no exception to the terms and conditions of RFQ SPE300-19-Q-0015.
