Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a DUCT ASSEMBLY, AIR C., 1XF [WSDC]/ C-130J Propulsion System. The original equipment manufacturer and only approved sources is Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE: 98897; PN: 3352137-9. This procurement is unrestricted. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 1660-01-476-5709, quantity 26 each, with no Option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item of the basic quantity. The delivery schedule is 700 days ARO. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a proprietary item to Lockheed Martin Corporation coded 3P. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, against BOA- SPE4A1-18-G-0017. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), other than full and open competition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
