Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items preapred for the purchase of Enterprise License for Live and On-Demand Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Conferences and Training for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarters and Regional Offices. The Office of Human Resources (OHR), College of Securities and Professional Development will be the primary user for this service. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items has been prepared for this purchase in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, " and FAR Part 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the Statement of Work - Attachment 1. This announcement contistitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
