Description

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove and install acoustic fabric and wall trim at the USCG Training Center Petaluma, CA, Movie Theater, Building Number: 261. The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract. All submittals are required for review and approval to the Contracting Officer prior to award. The Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the completion of this project. California DOL DBA General Decision No: 15-5651 (Rev.-7), Mod, dated are applicable to this project. All applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures applies. THIS PURCHASE WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: FIRM FIXED PRICE, LOWEST COST TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. FAR CLAUSE 52.237-2 PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, AND VEGETATION ARE APPLICABLE. FAR Clauses in effect through: FAC 2019-03. FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984) NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
