Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT Diagnostic guided ultrasound Description of Use: Diagnostic guided ultrasound system for specific point of care. System has the capabilities to help physicians to do a quick assessment of critical patients for timely care in the treatment of these patients. It will be used in the Marion, IL VAMC Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and on the hospital inpatient floors. Minimum Technical Specifications: The ultrasound machine must be portable Must have abilities to have articulating arms and moveable keyboards for better mobility to perform view The ultrasound machine must have high resolution LED monitor for excellent spatial and dynamic resolution Must have Ergonomic features that are easily adjustable allowing the machine to be manipulated up and down, side to side, and the monitor to be adjusted up and down, side to side Must have B-line capability with ability to assist in needle guidance Must have cardiac abilities along with auto EF Machine must be able to perform assessment for shock Must have scanning modes: B-mode, M-Mode, Anatomical M-Mode Must have the capability to do: Tissue Doppler, Color Flow Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler and Continuous Wave Doppler and Spectral Analysis Must have ability to perform Auto VTI Must have ability to perform Auto IVC and lung diagram Must have the clinical applications to perform: abdominal, thoracic/pleural, small organ (including testicles and thyroid), adult cephalic, peripheral vascular and musculoskeletal scans The ultrasound machine must have harmonic imaging The ultrasound machine must have a wideband phased array probe The ultrasound machine must have a wideband linear array probe The ultrasound machine must have a wideband convex array probe Must include at least 2 days of on-site training and include more advanced instructional training The ultrasound machine must have a 12-month coverage for batteries The ultrasound machine must have at least a 5-year warranty covering parts and labor and at least a 90-day warranty covering software Requirement: 3 each - Diagnostic and guidance ultrasound system designed for point of care 3 each - Wideband phased array probe 3 each - Wideband linear array probe 3 each - Wideband convex array probe NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
