- 26 July 2019: The Solicitation Closing Date for the JLCCTC Solicitation has changed from 2:00pm on 12 August 2019 to 2:00pm on 14 August 2019. No additional extensions will be given and no additional questions will be accepted or answered. Any changes to the Request for Proposal (RFP) based on the Questions and Answers are stated in Attachment 0001 and are reflected in the RFP W900KK-19-R-0079, Amendment 0001. The offeror is reminded to acknowledge and accept all amendments to the RFP within their proposal. The Solicitation Closing Date for the JLCCTC Solicitation is 2:00pm on 14 August 2019. ************************************************************************* 24 July 2019: Due to technical difficulties, the responses to the JLCCTC Q&As have been re-posted. ************************************************************************* 23 July 2019: The purpose of amendment 0001 is to address and post questions submitted in response to the JLCCTC solicitation and to update the solicitation and its attachments based upon the questions and responses. ************************************************************************* 3 July 2019 Update: An extension has been granted for all comments and questions for the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) Request for Proposal (RFP). All comments and questions are due no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, on 11 July 2019 with the full solicitation number, W900KK-19-R-0079, within the subject line. Comments and questions submitted prior to this time will be accepted and are highly encouraged. Questions and Comments via phone will NOT be accepted. All comments and questions shall be submitted via email using the Question/Comment form embedded in Section L Attachments as a RFP Attachment L1. Comments and questions shall ONLY be provided to Contract Specialist Marvin J.
