- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information attached to this notice. The Social Security Administration (SSA) issues this solicitation for uniform and coverall rental and laundry services for the Maintenance Staff Unit at the Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, California. The period of performance is a one-year base year and four one-year option years. Please read the entire Request for Quotation before proceeding with the preparation of your quotation. The purpose of Amendment number 0001 to the Request for Quotation is to extend the due date for receipt of quotations to 12:00 PM Pacific Time on August 5, 2019.
