Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation issued by Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) National Acquisitions Program Unit (NAPU) for FBI CJIS Training Staff Instruction. This combined synopsis/solicitation is open market unrestricted. This procurement is a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) order for three training classes delivered to the FBI CJIS Division in Clarksburg, WV. In order to meet the Government's requirements of Technically Acceptable vendors shall submit a proposal meeting all elements described in the attached SOW. All proposals shall be a maximum of 30 single sided pages, including any charts, graphs or other attachments, and include at a minimum company name, address, POC, EIN, DUNS#, Cage Code, NAICS code consistent with this solicitation, any supporting description details, number of units quoted, extended price, quoted date, quotation number, validity of at least 90 days, lead time, and payment terms. The DUNS # will be validated in SAM.GOV, for which vendors shall be active in order to receive an order. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
