- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) 70Z03819QW0000211 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 336413. The USCG intends to award a purchase order to Tyonek Manufacturing Group or any responsible vendor that can provide a first article to validate conformity for the requested parts. Offerors must submit Firm-Fixed prices (FFP) in order to be considered for an award. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Coast Guard.
