Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), North East Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), Cooperative Research Branch located Narragansett, Rhode Island intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with RBR LTD, 95 Hines Road Unit 5, Kanata, ON, K2K2M5, Canada, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.303 for squid CTD sensors. The anticipated award date is 6 August 2019. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334513 with a business size standard of 750 employees.
