Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement for a protective relay test system. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation, 140R1719Q0028, (written) is approximately the second week of August 2019. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps and FedConnect. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of August 2019. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price service contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. The applicable Product Service Code is 6625, Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments. The small business standard size is 750 employees. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a service disabled veteran owned small business set aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. General specifications: Protective Relay Test System, all-in-one, PC-less, and shall have direct front panel display screen interface for all functions, furnished with all necessary output channels and inputs for protection and control relay testing, designed to easily test single overcurrent relays to multi-terminal end-to-end schemes, capable of testing old electromechanical relays as well as modern microprocessor-based relays.
