- Description
- The purpose of this procuremnet is to build a Nanosatellite Lab. Building 89 is an existing pre-engineered building located at Naval Base Point Loma, in the NIWC Pacific Topside compound. This project is to fully renovate the building add an antenna platform above the building and a small addition at the back of the building. Renovations to include interior partitions, finishes, specialties, HVAC, updated electrical, and reskinning the exterior building envelope. When complete the space will be a clean and secure high-tech research space.
