This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0100 for the purchase of Brand Name Only Signal Generators. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Set-aside to Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and testing Electricity and Electrical Signals). This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the Specifications attached.
