- The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole source basis to YSPM, LLC (CAGE: 7PHX9). The requirement is for thermal modeling of CryoCube and LaCE payloads on nano satellites. The place of performance is at the contractors facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the business size standard is $38.5M. The applicable PSC Code is AC24.
