Description

The FBI intends to sole source construction work to Roger Hickel Contracting, Inc. of Anchorage, AK. The Justification and Statement of Work is attached, detailing the required work to be done with a completion deadline of August 30, 2019. This deadline must be met to ensure safe conditions at the firearms range, and allow normal training operations to proceed at the site by September 3, 2019. All contractor personnel assigned to this job must have a pre-existing clearance with unescorted access to the Anchorage International Airport, as granted by Anchorage International Airport Operations Security. Any interested vendor who meets the requirements for clearance and believes they have the capability to perform this work by the required deadline of August 30, 2019 shall submit their capability statement and airport clearance information to Contracting Officer Jenny Knight via email at jmknight@fbi.gov by 5:00pm EST on 08/02/19.
